Central location, well-equipped kitchen, double glazing for soundproofing. During my stay at The Royal Mile Residence By Reserve Apartments, I found the central location to be extremely convenient, allowing me to easily explore the city's attractions. The kitchen was well-equipped with new and clean crockery and equipment, making it a pleasure to prepare meals. The double glazing in the lounge and bedroom helped to minimize noise from the bustling streets outside. Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the old building with its cramped corners and the need to walk up several flights of stairs to access the apartment, overall I found the apartment to be adequate for a comfortable stay.

The 1-bedroom apartment at The Royal Mile Residence By Reserve Apartments was cozy and comfortable. The living room with a TV was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Edinburgh. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals for my family. The bedroom was lovely and provided a good night's sleep. it felt like a home away from home.
I wasn't a fan of the bathroom with a bath or shower. It felt a bit cramped and could use some updating.

The 1-bedroom apartment at The Royal Mile Residence is just fantastic! The living room is cozy and perfect for unwinding after a long day of work. And can we talk about the fully equipped kitchen? It's a dream for someone like me who loves to cook even when traveling. The bedroom is so comfortable, I slept like a baby. Plus, having a washing machine is a game-changer!
It's just a personal preference, but I wasn't a fan of the bathroom with a bath or shower. I prefer separate ones.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, being very central and easy to find. the main bedroom was spacious and bright, providing a comfortable space to relax. the kitchen equipment and crockery seemed new and clean, making cooking and dining enjoyable.
The apartment appeared run-down and not up to standard. the plumbing infrastructure was problematic, as there was backflow of dirty water from other flats into the shower recess.

The location was amazing, right in the center, close to everything. The apartment was beautifully furnished and the bed was incredibly comfortable with plenty of pillows. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic, much better than other places. The communication from the house manager was excellent, with clear instructions and easy check-in and check-out. The apartment had everything we needed, including towels and kitchen supplies. Despite being on the main street, it was surprisingly quiet at night.

I had a wonderful first visit to Edinburgh and The Royal Mile Residence provided the perfect opportunity to stay over for a few nights. The apartment's location near the station, shops, and restaurants was ideal for sightseeing. The furniture and TV were upgraded since the photos were taken, and the kitchen crockery and equipment seemed new and pleasant to use. The bedroom linen was clean and the apartment itself was spacious enough to not feel cramped. The double glazing provided good soundproofing, making it cozy in winter.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
